National research shows that patients having positive experiences with the entire staff of their health care provider are more likely to adhere to regimens, schedule followup visits,
seek preventive care, be less litigious, and be more active and engaged in managing their health

 

By measuring patient experience, health care providers can identify areas for improvement to help patients make informed choices about health care providers and services.
